What floor plans are available?

Studios, 1-bedrooms and 2-bedrooms.

How much does rent start at, and what is included in the rent?

Starts at $1505. Rent does include free parking. Utilities are separate.

What amenities are included in the apartments and throughout the community?

In-unit w/d, large pool, fitness center, doggy spa, movie theater.

Are your apartments pet-friendly? What are the pet policies, fees, and amenities?

Yes, we are pet friendly. Up to 2 pets and breed restrictions for dogs. $500 additional deposit and $50 pet rent. Dog spa on site.

What lease terms are available? Do you offer short-term leases?

12-month lease at move in.

How do I schedule an in-person or virtual tour?

How do I apply for an apartment? What are the application requirements and fees?

Applications can be done online and in-person. Applicants have to make 2.5x the rent and pass the credit and background check. They also have to be under our income limit which is based off the number of people in the home.

Is parking available for residents and guests?

We have free reserved covered carports for residents and uncovered parking for guest at first come first serve.

What utilities are included, and which are the resident's responsibility?

No utilities are included. Residents pay water/garbage/sewage/pest control and also electricity.

Is the community gated or secured?

Gated and have courtesy patrol and cameras.

What schools serve the community?

Greer Elementary, Arden Middle School and Encina Preparatory High School.

What public transportation, highways, and commuter options are nearby?

Close to I-5 and I-80.

What restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and entertainment are nearby?

Near Cal Expo, Arden Mall, Arden Movie Theater and many restaurants.
